Weekly Notes for Week 43

This week(43) we will first finish finding cycles/rings and I will focus on an application will first focus on Petri Nets, applications of how to use them in Chemistry and Systems Biology will be presented. In additions I will do 2 NPc proofs.

  • (Applications of MCB): Minimum Cycle Bases and Their Applications, Franziska Berger, Peter Gritzmann, and Sven de Vries - only section 3.2 is mandatory – (Petri Nets): The slides for the lectures should cover everything.
