The conference center is about 1.5 km away from Nyborg station. Get get there by foot as follows: first walk straight away from the station for about 100m. Then turn left on Banegårdsalleen. Continue on this until it meets Storebæltsvej. Turn left and follow this accross the bridge over the railway and almost to the sea where you will find Hotel Storebælt on your right. You can also try the rutefinder on the home page of the conference center. This will show you the route on a map.
