FAQs on the Project assignment

The project text has been updated. This is a list of changes:

- Corrected a typo in item 1 on page 3: in the union is an intersection.

- Added Remark 5 on page 6. Make sure you read this.

- Added a specification in item 1 of Section 3 that the smallest
  feasible interval of colors has to be intended as the first interval
  that can accomodate the required number of colors.
