• This weeks topics: First we will finish last weeks lecture on Generative Chemistries.

• We will discuss the ILP (Interger Linear Programming) forumulation to find pathways and autocatalytic cycles.

• I will introduce to the first mandatory project (a preliminary version is online already).

• I will give an introduction to graph canonicalization.
