Weekly Notes for Week 48

We will discuss Process Algebras (the pi calculus and specifically stochstic simulations based on the pi calculus). I will introduce Gillespie simulations. You will learn about the law of mass action. Examples will be show (Lotka Volterra, groupies and celebrities, SIR-models, zombies). There will be an introduction to Systems Biology (also Flux Balance Analysis).
